Our HAPI volunteers are a group of individuals who work alongside staff, children and with the local community to help support educational visits, classroom work and fundraising events.

We are always looking for volunteers to help within school, we are really flexible and can work around our volunteers work/life schedule. Here is a list of activities our volunteers currently help with;
-

-
Many more!

We require that all our volunteers be DBS checked, this is a statutory requirement and the school will cover the DBS fee. You do not need to be a parent or a relative of any of our current/past children to be a volunteer so please if you would like to be involved in our school community get in touch with us through our contact us page.

All adult volunteers must read our volunteer policy and sign a volunteer protocol. These documents ensure that the school and its volunteers are aware of what is expected from the volunteer and what the volunteer should aspect from the school.
Fundraising
Here are some of the fundraising events that have taken place at our school:

Operation School Playground and Playground Equipment!
Last year our school council organised a number of fundraising events from the Smartie Tube Challenge to owning clothes days and singing in the community. They raised an amazing £963 which will be used to enhance the school playground experience for our children.

This year the School Council plan to continue with the fundraising activities – this section will keep you up to date on fundraising events and the amounts raised for the playground. It will be a long journey for us but with plenty of support, we hope to get to our goal!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!
SILENT SOLDIERS
We are currently collecting 1p and 2p coins to help with fundraising for Catchgate and Annfield Plain Area Action Partnership. They are purchasing ‘Silent Soldiers’ to be displayed in the local area and commemorative badges for all our school children.
